Job Summary
Join our well-established coffee and frozen beverage distribution company, where we have been delivering excellence for 20 years. We are looking for a skilled Beverage Service Technician to provide top-tier repair, maintenance, and installation services for coffee, powdered cappuccino, and slushie machines. If you have a passion for exceptional customer service and a solid technical background, we want you on our team!
Responsibilities
- Deliver Strong Equipment Service: Diagnose, repair, and Install Beverage Equipment like - coffee, cappuccino, and slushie machines; complete service reports and logs promptly.
- Lead Customer Satisfaction Efforts: Resolve customer issues swiftly, follow up to ensure satisfaction, and train customers on equipment use and maintenance.
- Manage Equipment Inventory: Maintain and organize tools, parts, and equipment on the service vehicle; order parts as needed.
- Lead Company-Wide Training Operations: Collaborate with the Field Service Manager to onboard and train new service technicians.
- Teach customers how to operate their equipment
- Maintain accurate and detailed records
Work Schedule:
- Days: Monday - Friday
- Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Qualifications
- 5+ years of mechanical/electrical experience, preferably in beverage equipment, service, HVAC, or Refrigeration industries.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools; strong troubleshooting and repair skills.
- Excellent communication, strong work ethic, high accountability, and dedication to customer service and prompt repairs.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record; ability to drive a service van and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent customer service skills
Compensation: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
